<p><b>SERVES</b>: 2    <b>POINTS VALUE PER SERVE</b>: 5</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Ingredients:</span><br />
<span style="color:#000000;">- 16 Prawns (pre-cooked &amp; de-veined)</span><br />
<span style="color:#000000;">- 200g Calamari rings</span><br />
<span style="color:#000000;">- Cajun Spice<br />
- Salt &amp; Pepper for seasoning<br />
</span><span style="color:#000000;">- Squeeze Lemon Juice<br />
- 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped<br />
- Your choice of point free salad<br />
- Spray oil<br />
</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;font-weight:bold;">Method:</span><br />
Season your prawns and calamari with salt and pepper and cajun spice then mix well making sure the seafood is well coated.</p>
<p>Heat your pan and once the pan is hot, spray the pan lightly with oil. When smoking hot add the calamari and cook for 3-5 minutes depending on the size of the rings. When cooked, remove from the pan.</p>
<p>Add your garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds, add your prawns and calamari and cook until heated through. During this process you can squeeze on some lemon juice for extra flavour, but don&#8217;t add too much, you still want to be able to taste the spices and the seafood.</p>
<p>Take your plates and add your point free salad. In a circular pattern, lay your calamari on top of the salad, then place the prawns in the centre.</p>
<p>You can top with pumpkin seeds for a bit crunch but don&#8217;t forget 1 tablespoon of seeds = 1 point.</p>
